- Site Support will expire within 3 months from the purchased date
- The startup is catered to budget-friendly website presence
- While Basic Package is the Premium template design (Demo)
- You are allowed to revise the content within 6 days after project delivery
- Changes cover photos, content, text, banner
- Yes, Joeve provide professional design services (add-on fees)
- Sorry, the refund is not possible as it involved International Registrar
- Website Design is considered a Service, therefore we don’t provide a refund.
- Is it similar to paying professional fees for consultation, it is understood that refund is not applicable unless it is a product
